As a person who would LOVE to get a massage every week or every month but cannot afford that in my budget I find it to be a little sneaky that they push you to do so in your vulnerable relaxed state of being. Since I can only have a massage from time to time as a *treat* to myself it feels like a bummer way to end/exit such a wonderful experience having to say “no” even though you want to say “yes”. A wonderful experience for both 60- and 90-minute massage! After my experience, I signed up for first membership I've ever had to a salon/massage therapy service. After three months, it has proved to be well worth it. I highly recommend Adaiah for anyone with stiff and stubborn pains like myself. She utilizes the perfect balance of pressure, position, and technique to open up stiff muscles and alleviate knots.
First full session massage, I usually get antsy, can't relax and never make it through. This massage was a cut above. My therapist (Joseph?) was gentle and mindful of my injuries and made this a wonderful experience. I also want to thank the smart, efficient front office ladies, who made everything seamless.
