Boris is incredible in sports massage and trigger points. My pain was instantly gone After a session with him. I recommend him for all athletes and has a great sense of humor. You will not be disappointed

Elements' site makes it easy to book an appointment by searching based availability or a specific masseuse. The folks at the front desk were helpful and friendly. Karin, my masseuse, asked what I was looking for and did a great job working through the tension in my shoulders and back. She also provided some recommendations for my next session.
