I recently saw Dr. Chang at MERSI for previously undiagnosed impaired vision. I had consistently positive experiences at my visits, and it’s a pleasure to be able to recommend a doctor and his staff wholeheartedly!
Dr. Chang swiftly diagnosed what he discerned to be the problem, and he took time to clearly explain the issue and his recommended treatment. He was attentive and present, listened carefully, and was extremely patient answering my questions. Moreover, I was practically shocked to receive a thorough and comprehensive response from Dr. Chang the very same day I emailed him with a question. Dr. Chang was friendly and unpretentious while at the same time being professional and inspiring confidence.
I also found members of the MERSI medical and administrative staff to be knowledgeable, competent and efficient, in addition to being friendly and helpful. I can honestly say it was a pleasure visiting Dr. Chang and his staff and I'm grateful to have had the opportunity to do so.
Loved our intensives at NAPA Boston! Our son had a blast in spite of all the physical effort put in, thanks to great toys and even greater equipment and therapists. The team made every day fun and set ambitious yet attainable goals, setting us all up for success. As parents, we also gained great tips for home exercises and activities. We’ll be back!
The staff and dr. Were so kind and knowlelable. Would give them more than a 10 grade. I thought I would be going to this dr. To have my toenails cut and the calis worked on. Turns out he doesn't do that. He said I could go to chestnut hill, ma for that. That is not what I want. I want a place close to my house. Thank you craig

Indelible cared for my brother 24-7 for 4 months; the team was equally adept interacting with him and helping him through very different stages and needs. Most important, they treated him throughout with great kindness and professionalism, always maintaining David’s integrity and dignity, not only when he was relatively well and somewhat mobile, but also once he’d had a stroke and went into hospice care. I know (and he knew) he was receiving the best possible care. My brother bonded closely with several of his caretakers, which made all the difference in his last months. The balayage bar is the best salon in Boston! I have been going to Christine for a couple years now and I feel so good every time I get my hair done! Christine is professional with her attention to detail, exact color and just the right amount of trim. Her salon is stylish and cozy... as if you are hanging out at home with your best friend. I book my next appointment months in advance just so I know I have her on my calendar. I love the hair color every time and even get compliments! I wouldn't go anywhere else!!

Goodmens is an excellent shop! Ample parking, fair prices, and friendly atmosphere. Henry was my go to guy. He’s funny as hell and very personable while delivering the best fade of your life. Been to Trundle's small shop many times over many years and they always do a great job at a brisk pace. I always worry if a barber fusses or takes a long time to do a simple clip and trim. No such issues here. They know what they're doing.

Best spray tan I’ve gotten—and I have had many at myriad locations. Brown, even, natural. Erin even thought to wipe the base of each palm at the end—so smart to avoid weird streaking there. Erin is also so warm and lovely and the space is private and inviting. Couldn’t recommend more!
Sandra was an excellent tech. My hands were sensitive and she was incredibly gentle, and kind when she learned I had picked at my cuticles. I needed a nail reboot so she cut them nice and short like I requested, but with a great shape. I will definitely go back!

The best manicure and facial I have ever had. Svetlana is extremely thorough and teaches you along the way. She really cares about her craft and it shows. My nails and hands have never looked so good from the very thorough manicure. I also had a facial with extractions, microdermabrasion, lash tint and lift. I had never had microdermabrasion or the lash tint and lift. I am very happy with the results both in look and feel. Sadly I’m not local to MA but the next time I’m in town I will be visiting Svetlana. I’m very grateful I found her. She is so kind too!

Mr. Hickey just helped make my new bathroom a realty. He showed up when he said he would, did the work he said he would do, charged what he said he would charge and stayed incredibly patient with my questions and, most importantly with Otis (my overly friendly, wants to help with everything, dog.) He took what was deemed a plumbing mess and made it a thing of beauty and perfect functionality. I know I will not need him anytime in the near future, but you should consider him for all your plumbing needs. You will as happy as I am if you do!

Yes! 5 stars! I have wet macular degeneration in one eye, glaucoma in both with hard to manage pressures and I just had one eye's cataract removed with two very different stigmatism readings. II am a challenging eye glass fit to say the least! My new glasses came in this month. Oops they made me ill to wear, but why? The prescription was verified to be the correct one. Sally Kroger, heard me out on my medical history, retested all prescriptions, tried several tweaks and I left seeing better than ever. Taylor and Murphy are where people care ?.

How many electricians show up with vacuum cleaners to ensure that everything is cleaned up after their work is complete! But that's not all, Jack and his team demonstrated their concern to get things right, and did a great job solving decades old problems in a 100 year old home. Now it's much more safe, and well lit. Reasonably priced and expert workmanship.
We worked with Wayne on an extensive outdoor project (kitchen, firepit, water feature, pergola). We couldn't be happier with how incredibly well the electrical work was done. As the project was complex, there was a lot of coordination needed between the different subs. Wayne was very accommodating and flexible. His work was meticulous and he is up on the latest technology.Wayne installed a new subpanel to support our outdoor electrical needs. He ran coax and cat6 for our entertaining requirements. Low voltage wiring was run as well as power for each of the electrical components of the kitchen and the water feature.All of the lighting (and the water feature) was installed using Lutron Caseta dimmers/controllers which allows us to have remotes as well as smart phone integration.We highly recommend Wayne for any electrical needs you may have.

Tao and his crew did an amazing job installing our new engineered hardwood floors.
We needed to get rid of our carpet and replace it with new hardwood floors. When Tao first came by for a free estimate, he had great suggestions to make the space look larger and more open. We wanted to try to match the existing hardwood floors we already had as much as possible. Tao immediately knew what kind of floors to use and he even had samples on hand so that I could compare them with our current floors.
Tao's estimate was very reasonable and comparable to other companies I reached out to. I went with Tao because of his background as a designer and I trusted he would make sure the floors look great! It ended up being a great decision because we are very happy with our new floors!
The installation process was very smooth and even finished earlier than expected. The crew was very respectful of our home and did a great job keeping the house clean after their work was done. Any minor issues I found during installation were immediately remedied by the team without any issue.

Me and my husband looked to have our master bedroom installed with hardwood after having carpet for many years. After getting multiple quotes from different companies, Watertown flooring was absolutely the most responsive and incredibly well priced compared to the surrounding areas. After speaking on the phone with Domenic , I had described what I was looking for, a wide plank darker wood. He immediately knew the perfect fit and was able to bring the sample (along with multiple others) to our home. Domenic was able to come to our house quickly, and give us a quote the following day. Oswald did a renovation of my back and front lawn. He and his crew removed existing grass, added a mulched edge, added top soil to the lawn and reseeded the grass. In the front, they removed old shrubs, planted new ones and added mulch.JMC landscaping was easy to communicated with: I first contacted them by phone and the rest of communication was over text. Oswald came out to survey the project when agreed and gave the quote and a job date on the spot. He and his crew came to do the work on the agreed day and time.Oswald and his crew are friendly and hardworking. Communication was easy and the project was completed well and in a timely way.I would use JMC Landscaping again and plan to hire them for seasonal maintenance.

In this instance, nothing was destroyed and damages reviewed were minor and easy to fix. Regardless of the fact that there are a countless number of people at Waltham Gardens daily, we truly do not believe we were cause or responsible of any damages at this location. With that said, we were still happy to offer to pay for repairs of the minor damages which the property’s owner and Mr. Partensky are well aware. I contacted Rudy for a spring cleanup on a Tuesday and he had his crew there on Thursday to do the work! They did a full spring cleanup of my nearly quarter acre lot, including resetting all the garden beds, mulching and general cleanup, fantastic job and very reasonably priced. Mark and his team of three removed a large tree by our house, cut back branches on two others, plus identified and removed a diseased tree as well. They were wonderful! Great communication, came exactly when Mark told me they would arrive and cut up the hard wood into firewood for us. We'll definitely call on them again.

Dr. Giglio has a sense of his patients needs, going out of his way to make you comfortable and help you understand all the work needed. I was a patient of his years ago but move to Florida when I came back I wasn't living in Waltham area so tried other dentist - have anxiety about dentist the other dentist I saw worsened my anxiety. I finally called the office and was welcomed back. The staff is caring, professional, friendly and go out of their way to make you comfortable. I love that the office is taking necessary precautions during COVID and is clean and is watching for the safe of clients and staff. No matter where I am living I will travel to this office. I have been going to Dr. Meola at Meola Dental Group since I was 16 or 17 years old. He had just graduated dental school, and I was still in high school. From the moment I met him, I absolutely loved him… even though I hated what he had to do! To say I had complete meltdowns before appointments — even just for a cleaning — would honestly be an understatement.
And yet, here we are 36+ years later, and that alone says everything about how incredible Dr. Meola and his team are. I say team because so many of the staff have been there just as long. It truly feels like family every single time you walk through the door.

Petco Vaccination clinic, it was way better than when we went to a Vetco Clinic. A lot cheaper and the folks were really AWESOME at the Waltham store.
Vetco, different story. They messed my dog up and I'm still waiting on what you all are going to do. You say he has Lyme after a blood test, then, you give him meds and shots, i paid a lot of money. You schedule a follow up for 10 days later for what you said was his final Lyme shot but i went there for nothing because you were closed that day. You get that? You have me come back on a day your closed lol. So, i had to go back the next day, when i got there i was told i can't see the vet today. Well, before i left i seen the SO-CALLED VET LOL. Now i was told he doesn't have lyme and doesn't need the final shot. I'm really mad at this point. How do you not know what is going on? I still don't know if he has it or not because i can't afford to have him retested cause i have no money left. Ive called them and they won't talk with me and never call me back. What are you hiding? Now i know why my best friend Wesly was treated so bad and for something he didn't have. They don't care, if they did, we wouldn't have been treated like that and they would have at the least call me.
2 employees in the store part of the business heard my mouth and the commotion and after i left they came to me and confirmed how bad they are there. They told me they would never bring their pets there. Never going back nor is anyone i know ever going back after my poor pup was handled like a piece of meat for them to make money. I will never let this go and will keep telling everyone, until they make it right. I'm at the dog parks several times a day telling everyone. They won't even contact me.
I used my disability money for that you know. You don't love animals, and you robbed me, a disabled person. So sad!

Highly professional, all about the pets needs & the owners peace of mind.
We urgently took our elderly kitty in after having a poor experience with a veterinary office we had been using for some time. The positive reviews brought us here and I’m so glad we moved. We were treated with such care and support. They were very transparent and showed genuine care and concern to help our sweet girl feel better. Ultimately, she was in pain and we had to make a tough decision. They guided us through the process. Despite only visiting the one time, they frequently checked on us and a week after our sweet girl passed, they sent a handwritten thoughtful card from the whole team. This touched our entire family deeply. We already planned on having our pup move here as well but this just reinforced our decision. Thank you to Caroline, Susan, Sam, Veronica, Caitlyn and Robin. Your thoughtfulness meant so much.

I slipped on ice and hit my knee full force on the pavement and twisted my foot. I went to the Urgent Care, Orthopedics, and other Chinese Medicine doctor who got a perfect five star for over hundreds of reviews. Except for the urgent care (they did practically nothing), others were all good and nice but didn't help alleviate my painful condition as quickly and efficiently like Dr. Lu did. He is the best I've seen in this field! I've went to him only twice, and he made it possible for me to walk without crutches. I can't thank him enough. He's the best I tell you. I've been to lots of Chinese medicine doctors for acupunctures, and he gives the best results for recovery. Though I'll have to warn that the electric needle is not pleasant at first but it does wonders. If you want quick and proper recovery, I recommend going to Dr. Lu 100%!
