“I was in need of an HVAC referral and a friend told me about Don Leber & Sons. They are a local, family owned and operated business which I always prefer. I called them and they promptly came out to do an A/C tune up and a couple of other small things needed. Then, about 2 months later I had them come back out to do a furnace tune up. These guys are really nice and easy to work with as far as scheduling and communicating goes. Their prices are very fair and I felt like they were available to answer any questions I had as well as helping to explain things that I otherwise would have no clue about when it comes to heating and cooling stuff. I will be using them for all of my HVAC needs.“

“Will never use anyone else for heating/cooling needs. I wish I could give them 10 stars! When my heat was off, they did troubleshooting with me over the phone. They have done both heating and air repairs for me. In one instance, they came and determined the problem was electrical and, unfortunately, not something they could fix. They would not take any money for the call, despite the fact they came late in the day/evening when I am sure they would rather have been home by then. They are incredibly helpful and nice. It is a family business, which makes me feel good.“

“I first came across Murphy Company in June 2023 when we were fielding quotes for a mini-split installation. We decided to go with Murphy Company because Kirk was fair, thorough, and honest during his quote. He did not try to sell us, he spent a decent amount of time planning out the potential project, and he clearly communicated how the install would go. Steve came shortly after we accepted the quote and installed the mini-split on our second floor. We could not live without it - it keeps it cool in the summer and warm in the winter. We were so pleased with that project that we committed to have Murphy Company come out to conduct bi-annual maintenance on all of our heating and cooling systems. In November, Kirk informed us our furnace was showing signs that it was at the end of its life and that we should be prepared in case it went out. It did just that in the middle of January as temperatures were nearing 0 degrees. Kirk arrived on a Thursday afternoon and diagnosed the issues. Due to the freezing temperatures and imminent snow that could have caused road issues with their trucks, Kirk orchestrated the install of our new furnace for the following day. Usually a one man job, three guys came out on that Friday to ensure we had heat before the temperatures dropped even lower. We were so thankful because not only did we have heat again but we were able to financially prepare for this exact situation because Kirk was upfront and transparent about the state of our systems. Steve installed the air conditioning portion of the system a few weeks later when the weather improved. Neely kept us informed regarding installations and expectations. We could not be happier with Murphy Company and would recommend them to anyone who has HVAC needs. It is apparent they care about their customers and their craft.“

“We received several estimates to have our unit replaced, I was looking for a quality company with a reasonable price, and that’s exactly what we got. They were prompt, professional, courteous, and kept us updated every step of the way, from the initial arrival to give us an estimate, to the actual installation. This is not a company with a thousand different employees, the owner was the one who installed our unit. It’s his company and you can tell he values his customers and works hard to make sure they get service he can be proud of. Even with this being an owner operated place he still has some of the luxuries that you only see with large companies. We received texts allowing us to see when he was on the way to our home, our contract was also received and easily accepted online. However he supplied us with his number in case we had any questions the contract didn’t answer. I will highly recommend Convection to those looking for a top of the line heating and air installer.“

“My furnace went out on Christmas Eve 2022. I called several companies to get emergency service and they all told me it would be 3 days or more before anyone could come out! I called Givens & Son and got a hold of Mr. Givens who was able to come out in a couple of hours! He checked it out and it was determined to be a bad motor!! The furnace was old and I had been advised in the past that it could go out at anytime and that I should think about replacing it! I decided instead of trying to just replace the motor which would have to be ordered depending on if they could find that part to go ahead and replace the furnace! I had it installed three days later and it went smoothly!! The job was completed within four or four hours and the guys that did the install did a good job of cleaning up afterwards and gave me the instructions on the usage of the thermostat!! I am very pleased and the furnace is working great!! I highly recommend this company!! The owner was very caring and was hands on in getting the job scheduled in a timely fashion!! “You know, probably had 3 different plumbing services at my house. Within the 13 months that I have lived here and today I got to experience the company of your company to come out to my house and install gas lines for my dryer and you know i would totally recommend this company above any other company that I have dealt with number one, the customer service is above and beyond, I was kind of nervous at first because the guys were a little younger, but Matt did extremely well . . He was friendly and you know he, Conversated but kept it Professional and then I think the other guy that came later during the job. His name was Dylan and I wouldn't have to say. These are the probably the 2 friendliest guys. I have met living in Louisville Kentucky. And I will definitely recommend your company to anybody anybody“
