CHOOSE ELEMENT FOR YOUR HVAC NEEDS! If I could give 10 stars, I would! Codey arrived just as scheduled, was the nicest, most professional and caring tech I think I’ve ever worked with! AC hasn’t worked well for 2 years (since new installation…NOT BY ELEMENT) and he took the time to diagnose and fix the issue when the company who installed did not. I cannot give a good enough review for Codey and Element…will absolutely work with them again….a blessing indeed.
Element air was awesome. They answered the phone personally on the first call. They came the same day as requested. Codey, who came to the house, went above and beyond what I requested from him and he was very nice and very professional. And the price was easy and certainly not a rip-off..I will use element from now on for all of my heating and air needs. I was very impressed.
Tech Jayden W did a fantastic job once again, as he was able to isolate a bad part that was just about to go out on my AC unit. It did cost me a little bit, but he had the part on the truck and was able to take care of it same day. Thank you, and I'm glad we were able to take care of this before it failed on a hot day
