I have been using Becht Givens/Service Experts for the last 15 years, I recently replaced my system with a new Lennox unit using the Advantage plan. I am also now upgrading the humidifier portion of the system. The Advantage Plan is a a lease of the equipment where you own the equipment at the of the lease and it is fully maintained by Becht Givens. With the higher cost of refrigerants and the higher pressures the refrigerants work at, it made sense to use the Advantage plan because the equipment cost, financing and maintenance are all in one monthly payment.
