“I had my AC serviced by Brian from Tom Drexler after my thermostat would not connect to my hvac. He showed up quickly and discovered the issue in a relatively fast time. He explained what he was doing as he checked each component and discovered an issue with the hvac transformer which shorted out the thermostat. He had both pieces of needed replacement equipment on his truck and repaired both without delay. A success.“

“We have had a service contract with Prudential for several years and have always been satisfied. Every technician they have sent for inspections and service, have all been professional and know their jobs.

So now it’s 3 years after I left the first review and Prudential continues to give us great service. We recently bought a new home and had Prudential come out to check things out. Trevor did a great job, was friendly and professional and signed us up for another service contract. I feel better!

We have been in our new home for almost 2 years and continue to have a service contract with Prudential. The 18 year old A/C was beginning to give us trouble. Prudential continued to service it and one of the technicians said we hope to keep it going for 10 more years. That’s the kind of attitude you get from all their technicians. The furnace and coil are in the attic (I’d hate to work up there) and I always look for a reaction from the tech. Never got one from any of the techs, except they were happy to do it.

We finally had to get a new unit. Our salesman, Nicholas Steele, was very straightforward and to the point. He didn’t want to take up half your day like some others do. We agreed on a price. The techs kept the old one running till the young crew of 3 installed the new one.

Everyone from Prudential was first-rate in every way. I highly recommend getting their service contract.“

They did a very thorough inspection and gave me a detailed verbal and digital report of everything they found. “We were battling an older unit in our home for about 3 months. Called a few other techs out to no satisfaction. Decided to go ahead with replacement after a consult with Wright Mechanical. The entire process was easy, straightforward and quick. They spent all day getting the system installed in really poor conditions, in a cramped space but never once complained or seemed frustrated. There were several techs in and out that day, everyone was so professional and courteous. I suffer from anxiety and struggl with having strangers in my home, I never once felt uneasy or anxious while they were here. “We were very pleased with our HVAC technician and his service. We weren’t able to get ycold air from our ac and expected the worst case scenario. Fortunately a service call and small repair fixed the problem.“

“I had 2 units cleaned and inspected. I requested a cleaning solution be used and debris removed. A slight surcharge, but reasonable. I had another well known company come out earlier but service technician wouldn't remove the cover for a proper cleaning. The other company also said my Freon was 2.5 lbs low. Robbins technician said it was good. Other company said my fan motor was overheating based on a thermal measurement. Robbins technician tested the actual voltage and it was fine. I feel like this is an HVAC company that can be Trusted.“
