“Our first experience with Best Mechanical was a major residential project. Our house is on a concrete slab and the water lines within the concrete slab were about 18 years old and the copper tubing had started to fracture in various places all over the house under the concrete. Adam Pontrich and his crew came and inspected and upon assessment we had an excellent open discussion of the available options. Because there was no way to guarantee that there would not be future failures over time of the copper tubing in the slab The solution was to go with insulated pex waterlines in the attic above. This necessitated significant plumbing and drywall work. Their crew did an absolutely first class job on time within the quote and we couldn’t have been more impressed.

We just recently had Best Mechanical replace our gas water heater and inspect and do maintenance on our HVAC system. The HVAC tech, Mike did an excellent job and adjusted the blower speed on our unit so that the AC would do a better job of drawing out humidity while at the same time not have to run as often. We would’ve never known!
The plumbing tech, Chris did an excellent job. He is not only a first rate plumber he’s a first rate individual. Best Mechanical is blessed to have him on their team .“

“I had 2 units cleaned and inspected. I requested a cleaning solution be used and debris removed. A slight surcharge, but reasonable. I had another well known company come out earlier but service technician wouldn't remove the cover for a proper cleaning. The other company also said my Freon was 2.5 lbs low. Robbins technician said it was good. Other company said my fan motor was overheating based on a thermal measurement. Robbins technician tested the actual voltage and it was fine. I feel like this is an HVAC company that can be Trusted.“

“Didn't hire them myself, my apartment did. Own by the son of a father and son duo. The owner has his father working with him, which I think is sweet. Especially since his father has a friendly, professional personality (even though my toddler was shy). Very professional work from both men, and very quick.
