Had another company out 3 times and they could not fix my issue. I call one choice out to take a look, Dawson took his time checking out every potential root cause of my issue and explained to me in terms I could understand. He was very professional and kept my home clean with the booties inside. Even better with the solutions they put in place my hvac has never run better.
Dawson Overberg came to my house to fix the problem with my outside unit not working properly which apparently was caused by a lot of snow piled up in the unit. He cleaned the snow out and checked everything and the unit seems to be working fine. Dawson was a clean, neat and professional young man who knew what he was doing. He told me about Dave’s Loyalty Club and its advantages so I paid the $209.00 yearly fee. to join. I welcome this young man back for future service.
