Chris was on time and very profession. He kept me informed as he went and explained why he was doing what he was doing. Treated me and my house / property with great respect. Even wore his shoe covers in the house (wish I could get my dog to do that - haha)
They were so easy to work with and did a fantastic job replacing our air unit! The office at One Choice and the technicians sent out to do the job were all wonderful, reliable, and friendly. We will definitely use them In the future!
Had another company out 3 times and they could not fix my issue. I call one choice out to take a look, Dawson took his time checking out every potential root cause of my issue and explained to me in terms I could understand. He was very professional and kept my home clean with the booties inside. Even better with the solutions they put in place my hvac has never run better.
