“My A/C was not working correctly last summer so now was the time for replacement. Received quotes from 3 different companies and they came in several hundred dollars cheaper. I had to have an appointment for a removal of the old and an install of the new due to me having to replace the floor underneath the unit. They were very accomodating in scheduling me two appointments. Service techs were very professional and friendly. The A coil was on the bottom so they had to remove the furnace also. Not a problem they were in and out in not time. The install went as smoothly as the removal. Looks even better than it did to start with. Highly recommend giving them a call, they have a great history behind their business.“

I recently had Airtech Heating and Cooling Services install a Friedrich Breeze by Rheem 5-ton heat pump, along with completely reworking all of my air ducting to properly integrate with my central boiler outdoor wood furnace system. Ronnie and his crew did an outstanding job from start to finish.

Their professionalism, respect, and attention to detail were truly second to none. The entire crew worked efficiently and completed the full installation in just two and a half days without cutting corners. Everything was done neatly, professionally, and exactly as promised.

It’s hard to find companies these days that take this much pride in their work and treat customers with such respect. So my furnace stopped working and I had Absolute Services come look at it. Long story short , they quoted me $840 for a little part but highly recommended I go ahead and replace the entire furnace which would have been $3,500.I told them I’d get back to them and remembered a company that came out last year who seemed very honest called Metro 1 Heating and Cooling and they came out and said it was basically just a loose screw. They fixed it and didn’t even charge me. The price they did quote me on the part was more than half off what other company quoted if I would have needed it.Here is image of the Absolute services quote for that part that I literally saw on Amazon for $34$. So if you need anything done with your heating or air check out Metro One and save yourself from the scam artists!“

“Amazing experience and by the way he has 40+ years of experience. Our heater had a problem not turning on. I called them close to closing time at around 4pm. The owner was here promptly within 15 minutes had a solution, explained what occurred with the part which fortunately started working, explained the part may go back out but we agreed with starting with simplest solution first (seeing how long it may last) but he took the part number and said call if it does go out and we can get it squared away.
