I had Kevin come and troubleshoot my A/c unit and he was the most professional and courteous individual to work with. Came out same day diagnosed and fixed the issue without pressuring me to update an old system. Couldn't recommend him and this company enough!

I would add more stars if I could. We had to reach out after hours and received a call back within 10 minutes. Joe Book was at our house within 30 minutes after returning our call. He did not "push" any unnecessary services/products which made us confident in our choice. He assured us that they would be at our house early the next morning and replace our outside unit. He fulfilled that promise and within 1.5 hours we had our old unit replaced and a new one set up and working. This company is exceptional and reliable. I will continue to use this business and will recommend to anyone. They are locally owned and deserve accolades for their professionalism and prompt response....read full review

Only one thing I can say with all this heat we have this week, is thank you to our HVAC technicians! On Saturday, during Benjamin's party, our system started failing and by Sunday morning was completely out. So the windows were opened and the ceiling fans turned on high! After sending a message to our local pro., Joe Book with Book's Heating and Cooling, he was quick to respond and was at the house bright and early Monday morning to take measurements and give us a quote for a whole new system.
