Chris Woodrum did a great job for me! He notified me when he would arrive (this was an emergency evening call) and was polite and efficient throughout the visit. He told me was he was checking on the outside unit and quickly diagnosed a part that was no longer working, causing the entire unit to stop. He had a replacement part in his truck,
and quickly replaced the broken part. He was able to get the unit working again within a few minutes. He waited to be sure that my air conditioning had come back on before leaving. He was polite, responsive and knew what he was doing! I was thrilled to have my house getting cool again within 30 minutes!
