I purchased a Duke Energy One hot water heater protection a while back. Well, 11 years later the hot water heater died on me. I called Duke Energy One and they had my new hot water heater processed. I called Greenwell Plumbing and the receptionist said they received the information from DEO and offered an appointment time that worked for me. She told me the service tech could be between 2pm and 5pm. 20 minutes later Mike was here. He had a new hot water heater installed, job complete in 2 hours.
