Zac came to provide an estimate. He was knowledgeable and friendly. We decided to move forward with the estimate to replace a water heater with a tankless system and filter/softener system add-on.
Zac and two others worked a solid day to complete the removal of the old water heater and install the new systems. They arrived within the expected time frame and completed their work in the expected amount of time. Their work was clean and neat, and the final system looks great. They didn't need to interrupt me during the day, and the team took time to answer all of my quetions.
