“We called them for a second opinion when blower motor was running continuously and first company wanted us to spend $12k on whole new system claiming a leak even though the system was still heating/cooling to our satisfaction, but that they couldn’t actually look for where the leak was unless they drained the whole system. Cody from Rick’s heating and cooling came out and was very helpful, informative, and easy to talk to. He was able to show us/demonstrate exactly what was causing the motor to run continuously and was able to repair the existing system for just a few hundred dollars instead of the thousands we were previously quoted to replace the whole system. He was also able to scan the system for leaking refrigerant without draining the whole system with virtually no refrigerant detected. We will gladly call them again when it comes to routine maintenance and/or repairs in the future!“

“Amazing experience and by the way he has 40+ years of experience. Our heater had a problem not turning on. I called them close to closing time at around 4pm. The owner was here promptly within 15 minutes had a solution, explained what occurred with the part which fortunately started working, explained the part may go back out but we agreed with starting with simplest solution first (seeing how long it may last) but he took the part number and said call if it does go out and we can get it squared away.
