I could not be more pleased with a company and its employees! Communication was excellent. They arrived on time. Within 10 minutes of arriving the Tech had fixed the problem. - no part required . After fixing the issue he continued to test the system for any other issues for an additional 20 minutes.You ask- why was this such an incredible experience??? Our old HVAC company (and installer) had been out 14 times over the previous 15 months to repair our furnace (not an exaggeration!) He would be here 5-10 minutes and tell me he would have to order a part - would be here in a day or two. The furnace was under warranty at that time but sometimes less than a week would pass...read full review

It was 10 degrees outside, the furnace was not working so we called Wright Mechanical at 7:45 am, left a message and Chelsea called back in 2 minutes! Long story short, their guys would not leave our house until we had heat! Chelsea communicated the whole way, as did their technicians. I can not recommend this company high enough!!

A big shout out to Wright Mechanical for helping us out! We called Wright Mechanical out for our heating furnace not working.Wright mechanical had our furnace back up and running same day in a timely manner!Tommy, the technician, had great customer service.Would highly recommend!
