I contacted Chris Prow, who I have known for several years to inspect my system and give an estimate for a full replacement (condenser, air handler, furnace). Within the day, I received a quote that was accurate, fair, and true to his word.

“My A/C was not working correctly last summer so now was the time for replacement. Received quotes from 3 different companies and they came in several hundred dollars cheaper. I had to have an appointment for a removal of the old and an install of the new due to me having to replace the floor underneath the unit. They were very accomodating in scheduling me two appointments. Service techs were very professional and friendly. The A coil was on the bottom so they had to remove the furnace also. Not a problem they were in and out in not time. The install went as smoothly as the removal. Looks even better than it did to start with. Highly recommend giving them a call, they have a great history behind their business.“

“I had 2 units cleaned and inspected. I requested a cleaning solution be used and debris removed. A slight surcharge, but reasonable. I had another well known company come out earlier but service technician wouldn't remove the cover for a proper cleaning. The other company also said my Freon was 2.5 lbs low. Robbins technician said it was good. Other company said my fan motor was overheating based on a thermal measurement. Robbins technician tested the actual voltage and it was fine. I feel like this is an HVAC company that can be Trusted.“
