Stacy Nix, the owner, is the BEST!!! He was referred to me by a friend who said he was very fair in his pricing. My AC wasn't working and I called Stacy and he was at my home first thing the next morning. It ended up being a simple repair which he took care of quickly. All I can say is: He went above and beyond the call of duty. As I got to know him better, I can tell he is the kind of person you can trust, he will tell you the truth, will not overcharge you and will try to save you money. I will refer all my friends, family and acquaintances to him.
The summer heat just got a lot more bearable! HVAC Pros were responsive and made a timely call to my home. Stacy is a no BS guy who helped me get my house cooled off after another company tried to charge me an exorbitant price.
Louisville HVAC Pros was one of the few companies who would quote over the phone on the cost to install a smart thermostat that I had already bought. They were the most reasonable by far. Ran into a few snags with the install but they stayed until they figured out the issue and got it all up and running. I think I found my new go to HVAC company.
