My furnace was not starting this morning and the temp in my home was falling. Allstate contacted me to set appointment. I needed to go to work. I was told they would text me and should give me enough time to get home to meet them. I arrived a few minutes before my tech, Terry. He was polite and friendly. He knew right away what was the problem and fixed it quickly. He explained the problem to me as he did his work. He made sure my home was warming before leaving. I was very pleased with the whole experience.
Honestly what I’m about to say is crazy. I have been freezing for a year and you just came in a fix my heat on less than a hour. I have never been so grateful and never in my life seen a fast service like this. That guy Zack is awesome and his respect was on another level so shout out to him.
