John P, a technician, was very professional and focused on resolving issues, explaining the problem and making necessary repairs to the AC.
Prudential Heating and Air Conditioning are amazing. All employees are amazing . They are helpful , informative, and respectful. They get the job completed very timely and take great care not to damage anything . They are very honest . They all go above and beyond to help . We will never use anyone else . They replaced our furnace and did a great job .
We have had a service contract with Prudential for several years and have always been satisfied. Every technician they have sent for inspections and service, have all been professional and know their jobs.
So now it’s 3 years after I left the first review and Prudential continues to give us great service. We recently bought a new home and had Prudential come out to check things out. Trevor did a great job, was friendly and professional and signed us up for another service contract. I feel better!
