“I was in need of an HVAC referral and a friend told me about Don Leber & Sons. They are a local, family owned and operated business which I always prefer. I called them and they promptly came out to do an A/C tune up and a couple of other small things needed. Then, about 2 months later I had them come back out to do a furnace tune up. These guys are really nice and easy to work with as far as scheduling and communicating goes. Their prices are very fair and I felt like they were available to answer any questions I had as well as helping to explain things that I otherwise would have no clue about when it comes to heating and cooling stuff. I will be using them for all of my HVAC needs.“

“Will never use anyone else for heating/cooling needs. I wish I could give them 10 stars! When my heat was off, they did troubleshooting with me over the phone. They have done both heating and air repairs for me. In one instance, they came and determined the problem was electrical and, unfortunately, not something they could fix. They would not take any money for the call, despite the fact they came late in the day/evening when I am sure they would rather have been home by then. They are incredibly helpful and nice. It is a family business, which makes me feel good.“

“I first came across Murphy Company in June 2023 when we were fielding quotes for a mini-split installation. We decided to go with Murphy Company because Kirk was fair, thorough, and honest during his quote. He did not try to sell us, he spent a decent amount of time planning out the potential project, and he clearly communicated how the install would go. Steve came shortly after we accepted the quote and installed the mini-split on our second floor. We could not live without it - it keeps it cool in the summer and warm in the winter. We were so pleased with that project that we committed to have Murphy Company come out to conduct bi-annual maintenance on all of our heating and cooling systems. In November, Kirk informed us our furnace was showing signs that it was at the end of its life and that we should be prepared in case it went out. It did just that in the middle of January as temperatures were nearing 0 degrees. Kirk arrived on a Thursday afternoon and diagnosed the issues. Due to the freezing temperatures and imminent snow that could have caused road issues with their trucks, Kirk orchestrated the install of our new furnace for the following day. Usually a one man job, three guys came out on that Friday to ensure we had heat before the temperatures dropped even lower. We were so thankful because not only did we have heat again but we were able to financially prepare for this exact situation because Kirk was upfront and transparent about the state of our systems. Steve installed the air conditioning portion of the system a few weeks later when the weather improved. Neely kept us informed regarding installations and expectations. We could not be happier with Murphy Company and would recommend them to anyone who has HVAC needs. It is apparent they care about their customers and their craft.“

“I’ve used Glanz Buffat for many years from rental to personal residential and have always been pleased with their prompt and efficient service. I placed a furnace call Friday morning, March 1 b4 business hours. Kelly picked up the service call. THANK YOU KELLY FOR BEING ON IT! From the beginning of that call he was on his way to work. He pulled over and got my contact details. Once he reported in for work he called and followed up and said he would arrive at my residence within 30m, wow he and Lee did! Dave came later to help too as he delivered the new furnace and went promptly to work on assembly. These guys were great! While Glanz had maintained my furnace for several years I knew this 30yr furnace had to go! Short end to the story, they changed it out that morning. Their professionalism, thoroughness, explanations, and attention/answers to my questions went beyond the extra mile. Explaining how the new pipes had to be vented, etc. They cleaned every debris and moved everything back in its place. Kelly checked in a few hours later after installation to make sure everything was functioning properly for me and Samantha (Golden Retriever)…that right there spoke volumes to SERVICE because oftentimes, things go array within 24/72hours. We are warm and I am please with a high efficiency furnace! Love that Ecobee thermostat! Go Glanz-Buffat!“

“Our AC was not keeping up on a Friday afternoon in July. I did a quick Yelp search and found Air Services. I read the positive reviews and decided to give him a call. I'm so glad I did. Will answered the call and said he could get to our house in a few hours and that he would call before he came out. He did call and got to our house at 7 pm on a Friday night. He diagnosed the problem quickly, replaced the part that had gone out and we had our AC back up and running before he left at 8 PM. Price was great and service great.
