“I had my AC serviced by Brian from Tom Drexler after my thermostat would not connect to my hvac. He showed up quickly and discovered the issue in a relatively fast time. He explained what he was doing as he checked each component and discovered an issue with the hvac transformer which shorted out the thermostat. He had both pieces of needed replacement equipment on his truck and repaired both without delay. A success.“

So now it’s 3 years after I left the first review and Prudential continues to give us great service. We recently bought a new home and had Prudential come out to check things out. Trevor did a great job, was friendly and professional and signed us up for another service contract. I feel better!

We have been in our new home for almost 2 years and continue to have a service contract with Prudential. The 18 year old A/C was beginning to give us trouble. Prudential continued to service it and one of the technicians said we hope to keep it going for 10 more years. That’s the kind of attitude you get from all their technicians. The furnace and coil are in the attic (I’d hate to work up there) and I always look for a reaction from the tech. Never got one from any of the techs, except they were happy to do it.

We finally had to get a new unit. Our salesman, Nicholas Steele, was very straightforward and to the point. He didn’t want to take up half your day like some others do. We agreed on a price. The techs kept the old one running till the young crew of 3 installed the new one.

Everyone from Prudential was first-rate in every way. I highly recommend getting their service contract.“

“I had a great experience with Holden Hall. He rebuilt the valve quickly and I expect it to last for a long time. I gave the review 4 stars because of sticker shock; not something Holden did. The job cost about $160 and involved replacing a washer. Granted, getting the valve to give up the old washer was a trial, but I think the cost is too high.“

“A backed-up sewer line on a Sunday morning is usually a disaster. I phoned Vessels @ 8:45 am expecting to get an answering machine but to my surprise the on-call administrator (Deleah) answered the phone and by noon a plumber was at the condo working to open the line. He was able to open the line but suspicious of other issues. A camera survey of the line was scheduled which demonstrated major issues in the old sewer line. After reviewing options with the Vessels representatives all parties agreed the best long-term solution was to replace the line which was under the concrete basement floor. A three-day job! Techs Chris, Justin and Josh arrived as scheduled each day, kept me advised of the progress each day and at the end of day three the sewer line had been replaced and new concrete in place. A beautiful job. They were a pleasure to work with! Give Vessels a try. Professional work at a fair price and amazing people to work with. Thanks to everyone involved at Vessels in turning a really bad day into a great outcome.“
