He told me was he was checking on the outside unit and quickly diagnosed a part that was no longer working, causing the entire unit to stop. He had a replacement part in his truck,
and quickly replaced the broken part. He was able to get the unit working again within a few minutes. He waited to be sure that my air conditioning had come back on before leaving. He was polite, responsive and knew what he was doing! I was thrilled to have my house getting cool again within 30 minutes!“

Justin Newton came out to recheck my HVAC Unit to make sure it was working correctly after an inspection said my thermostat was not working. He was thorough during his inspection, very courteous, and knowledgeable on what he was doing. He found nothing wrong with the tstat and just asked that I change my filter regularly. 5 stars all day from this serviceman.“

“I had the best experience with Keaton when he installed my new garbage disposal. He explained to me as he removed the garbage disposal and what and why as he installed the new garbage disposal. I appreciated his professional manner and him being so polite that I scheduled him back to fix the seal on the commode in one of my baths. As I talked with him, I learned that Maeser had a tile restoration team. I called Maeser and scheduled the tile restoration team to replace one broken tile in one bathroom and replace 5 cracked tiles in another bathroom.

I loved Mike that came out to give me an estimate and determine what color the grout was needed. He looked through all the stacks of tile I had in the storage room and figured out the color of the grout for each bathroom.

Chris and CJ arrived as scheduled at 9 am. The worked very hard and continuously until they completed both bathrooms. They explained how they were going to complete the jobs. They took time to answer my questions. They cleaned the mess of old tile and grout up. They didn't leave me a mess to clean up! If I have tile to be replaced in the future, I will request them to be assigned to my job.

“Warren fixed our heat pump! He was professional and took time to explain what was wrong with our Trane heat pump. Very grateful that Chapman was able to come out and successfully repaired it that day just before the January 2023 deep freeze hit. Our then 4-year old Trane unit broke down three winters in row. Chapman came out each time and correctly diagnosed the issues. We replaced the evaporator coils the year before and the sensor for the heat plates last year. Finally our heat pump is working the way it supposed to. Our house is warm and the auxiliary heat doesn’t even kick on when it’s 20s outside. The office lady is always super helpful!
