“Brought a silk duvet to be cleaned, which had directions to only spot clean with water and be dry cleaned only if absolutely necessary by a company familiar with dry cleaning silk. The employee taking it confessed she had never had experience with this type of duvet, and offered to phone someone at their main store that would have more experience. I really appreciated this! Even though this person also said they hadn’t cleaned a silk duvet, and it was up to me to take the risk, I asked them to go ahead with it as it was badly stained. It was done the very next day, and turned out lovely! Would highly recommend doing business with this company!”
