My Maytag dryer was making a screeching sound and I knew I could no longer use it until the problem was addressed. I did some research online and felt that Sam of Advanced Appliance Service just may be the service representative to address my problem with integrity. Made an appointment with Sam. He arrived on time and quickly assessed the problem. I am grateful for his insight and experience in repairing my dryer. Now my dryer sounds great. Love that quiet humming sound. Thanks, Sam.

Sam is very knowledgeable and extremely kind. He went above and beyond fixing my washer for a very fair price. Dryer wasn’t turning on so I called the shop(at closing time) and Sam is the one that answered and helped me. He scheduled an appointment for the NEXT morning which is incredibly fast. He did everything I asked PLUS more. He was so helpful and professional I gave him a $40 tip. Ive had repairmen out here before and none of them cared about the customer like Sam.
