I call Advanced Appliance, looking for a part. It was a unique part that they didn't have, but the man told me in detail about another company in town who I could order through. He took the time to help me without any benefit to his own business. No wonder he's got 4.7 stars.
Sam did an amazing job and was very knowledgeable. We had a very old dryer that stopped heating all together and he cleaned it up to the point of it running brand new. I will definitely be calling in the future for any repairs we need!
