St Joe Center Veterinary Hospital is a caring and friendly place, especially known for its feline-focused care. The staff members are understanding, kind, and dedicated to providing the best treatment for their patients. They take time to discuss concerns, make appointments, and try new methods and medications to stay current in feline medicine. Dr. Kitson and Dr. Kowlowitz-Taylor are both highly knowledgeable, explaining things clearly and making the hospital a good choice for cats with complex issues. The staff works within budgets to offer excellent care options and treats both pets and owners like family. Despite challenges caused by the pandemic, the hospital remains committed to supporting their patients with compassion and professionalism. Recent visits, including dentals and other procedures, have shown that cats are well looked after, often more relaxed after procedures than in other clinics. The team’s kindness and helpfulness make every visit a positive experience.
This facility is truly amazing. The workers helped us carry our beloved cats in for their appointment and also back to the car. Each person on the staff is extremely kind and great with the cats. I couldn't ask for a better veterinarian who shows care and true concern for each animal. This place is an amazing answer to prayer.
Update August 2024: we have 5 cats now, and we’ve had the pleasure of seeing Dr. Kowlowitz-Taylor too. 3 of our cats needed dentals over the last couple of months, and the process was so easy. My cats were very well looked after for their procedures. When I picked them up from their surgeries, they were much more relaxed and at ease compared to when I have left my cats at other vet offices in the past for similar procedures.
I can't say enough good things about Dr. Jill and the rest of the team at this office! We have 3 kitties, and we always feel like they receive the best care here!
