My hair is extremely long and she didn’t butcher the length. she was diligent, asked a lot of questions about what I wanted done and made sure I was getting exactly what I wanted with her professional advice. She 10/10 delivered. Mel did my friends hair she went from a brown to a red and she gave her a beautiful rich red and butterfly cut. She looks 10/10 as well. I see the nail tech Yin and she is MY GIRL! I don’t want anyone else to touch my nails. She takes her time, communicates clearly, and is fun to chat with. She always goes above and beyond to make sure I am happy.
