“Martin Eye Clinic is the best place to go for my special needs son's eye exam and glasses. Dr. Brad has been his eye doctor for over 20 years and does an amazing job. His patience and compassion are second to none. He just has a way with Corey and can get the entire exam done without issue. When I was teaching, I would refer my students to him because he is so good with special needs individuals. Not only is Dr. Brad amazing, but his staff go above and beyond to help us be successful in getting the exam done, being fitted for glasses, and just having a great experience. “I was helped by this location with eyeglasses at a time when my health insurance was completely failing me. Every contact I had with my insurance lead to absolutely no help and dead ends. The store manager (Syndey Braun) and her staff member that helps with insurance issues were able to find the resolution to the insurance holdup in very short order, and move my glasses claim forward when my own healthcare support failed to do so despite me spending an hour and 45 minutes on the phone trying to make that happen. I highly recommend this location. They go the extra mile.“

“Typically, eye store visits involve two things for me: an eye exam and deciding on which frames to pursue (which can be difficult for someone like myself who has trouble deciding). Thankfully, my time at this location went smoothly and quickly, with no annoyances or issues with the eventual pick-up of my brand-new glasses.

The location is fairly easy to get to, particularly if you don't mind driving behind Wal-Mart to avoid traffic within the congested Jefferson Pointe area nearby. Staff was friendly and very willing to assist.
