The store manager (Syndey Braun) and her staff member that helps with insurance issues were able to find the resolution to the insurance holdup in very short order, and move my glasses claim forward when my own healthcare support failed to do so despite me spending an hour and 45 minutes on the phone trying to make that happen. I highly recommend this location. They go the extra mile.“

“Typically, eye store visits involve two things for me: an eye exam and deciding on which frames to pursue (which can be difficult for someone like myself who has trouble deciding). Thankfully, my time at this location went smoothly and quickly, with no annoyances or issues with the eventual pick-up of my brand-new glasses.

The location is fairly easy to get to, particularly if you don't mind driving behind Wal-Mart to avoid traffic within the congested Jefferson Pointe area nearby. Staff was friendly and very willing to assist.
