Hi this is Emilia, Owen’s girlfriend!! Hotworx is literally the best! This got me in my best shape and the workers are now my best-friends. They are so kind and supportive and always up for a chat!! I love how many different workouts and options there are and it’s soooo fun!!
I always wanted to work out and have a routine, i never felt comfortable at a “regular” gym. But HOTWORX allows me to have space (up to 3 people) in a sauna. I love the feeling of being in the sauna and how i feel afterwards.
My skin is more clear, my body aches less and I’ve actually seen weight start to drop since starting.
Staff is always wonderful and help ful.
The studio is also very clean !
Feel right at home here! Staff is so friendly and remember you. They often have monthly challenges that are fun and motivating. The app is so easy to use and being able to take off a month is so nice for those busy times. The heat is a surprisingly tolerable feel good type of things. Must experience!
