Having had 2 prior knee replacements, I am very familiar with Physical Therapy and how important it is to recovery from injury or surgery. A friend told me about Pro Tailored and how they were different. I somehow injured both shoulders' rotator cuffs and had already been through physical therapy for my left shoulder a year earlier and thought surely I would need surgery for left shoulder. I gave Protailored a call and started working with Dr. Katlin Couchman, and I was in really bad shape. I was really impressed with them. I like the private one on one experience. I have been to two other places but this place is by far the best. My therapist, Rachel, was so friendly and we bonded right away. She played music and explained what she was doing and why. Had alot of laughs and shared alot of stories. Will miss her.

From the moment you walk in to this location, you’ll feel welcomed by Libby. She’s super sweet and always makes sure you have everything you need before you leave. I’ve seen both Rachel and Amanda for various issues and both are amazing! They listen to all of my concerns and do their best to solve them. I highly recommend this location!
