“Having had 2 prior knee replacements, I am very familiar with Physical Therapy and how important it is to recovery from injury or surgery. A friend told me about Pro Tailored and how they were different. I somehow injured both shoulders' rotator cuffs and had already been through physical therapy for my left shoulder a year earlier and thought surely I would need surgery for left shoulder. I gave Protailored a call and started working with Dr. Katlin Couchman, and I was in really bad shape. With only 30 minute appointments, because of my insurance, she was able to get my pain under control in just a few weeks. Then, due to an early baby, I switch to Dr Rachael Rothgeb and worked with her the majority of the time. I finally got 1 hour appointments in November, change of Insurance, and really made progress then. Dr Rachael made up exercises I liked, that targeted my muscles that needed to strengthen and worked with me on cupping and scaping to minimize pain. I told her, I bet she got most creative in her class at school with some of the exercises, but I didn't want to be board doing them and I wanted them to push me. I never thought I would throw a ball for my dog again, but I can. Thank you Dr. Rachael Rothgeb, for helping me, without surgery, regain the use of my shoulders again.
