Ross Restorations’ customer service is outstanding. They did an excellent job drying out my walkout basement (AKA: my 94yo Dads apt.) after a water leak. They took extra care to keep Dad in his space for as long as possible. Everyone on the crew was reliable, friendly and worked hard.
When our basement flooded, we called Ross Restoration and they were at our house within an hour. They stayed for several hours getting all the water out. One of their guys even stayed at our house until 11 pm while we had a plumber fixing our issue to ensure the water stayed out. They communicated very well and were some of the kindest people! They told us the costs up front and told us everything they’d be doing every step of the way. When our insurance didn’t cover the damage, they worked with us on the costs. Highly recommend! It’s a situation I hope we are never in again, but if we are I would not call anyone else.
Fantastic Service! They were professional, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable! They were prompt and resolved our issue quickly. We've worked with them before and definitely give them our highest recommendation!!
