This place is awesome ! I’ve had two sessions with the sweat wrap and my skin is so soft and glowing ! The people that run this place always keep it clean, relaxing and go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable. I would highly recommend to anyone !

My dad bought me a gift card to have a massage by Alma. I clean houses for a living & have several knots in my back & neck. She did a phenomenal job! I felt so much better at work the following week. She's got a great personality too. :)

I had a great experience here. I felt comfortable and had an amazing massage with Alma. I'd recommend anyone to visit Back in Balance, they have a great atmosphere and a really nice staff!
