“My husband recently fell and had significant damage to his shoulder. Dr. Adam Hall performed a total reverse shoulder implant surgery. He is still in therapy but making great progress. We couldn’t be happier with the outcome! Dr. Hall is an amazing surgeon with a great personality. He takes the time to just talk to you and answer your questions. I highly recommend him to anyone!😊“

“I had one appt and one walk in. The website would not allow me to book 2 appts. It was not busy, it would have been nice to pre register both children so I didn’t have to do paperwork on arrival.“

“My experience was GREAT! I had a warm welcome and everyone was so polite. I went in to get a IUD and they explained to me the pros and cons and made sure this is something I wanted.
I felt heard and my questions were answered with honesty.
The doctor was amazing and talked me through the whole procedure giving me breaks when I felt like I needed them.
Although for me it was painful the staff were so lovely and kept me calm and validated me!

“Dr Disher is an exceptional doctor. When he walks in the room, you can feel a nice calm energy coming from him letting you know that you will be cared for and safe (poking things in your ear is no joke!!!).

“My son has been seeing Ms. Hannah for over 2 years at this point, she is phenomenal. He also saw Ms. Jessica for speech years ago and she was just as great. The communication is great, they clearly communicated goals, achievements and progress. I haven't had any issues at all!“

“I’ve been seeing Dr. Kollipara since 2016. I was suffering with an illness that hasn’t been diagnosed yet. She has been very patient, caring and understanding. She worked all through Covid. When I had to go to the hospital, she was there, handling my care herself. I think she’s great!“

“Front desk staff is unfriendly, inattentive, and unhelpful. I asked her questions, and she would just ignore me. She never looked at me and seemed annoyed when I asked her to repeat herself because of how she mumbled every question. After checking in on a kiosk, you'll be told to have a seat. Then they'll call you up to the desk to check in again with the unfriendly receptionist. What a messed up system!

UPDATE: Front desk staff interactions have improved greatly. Some of the technicians aren't too friendly, but overall I'd say service has improved greatly since my original review.“
