“We had such a great experience at Aboite Family Eyecare Center. From start to finish, the entire team was amazing. The nurses were so kind and patient with my son, taking their time to help him feel comfortable before the exam even started. When the doctor came in, she was just as wonderful-thorough, gentle, and never rushed us. She explained everything clearly and made sure we understood each step. “Front desk staff is unfriendly, inattentive, and unhelpful. I asked her questions, and she would just ignore me. She never looked at me and seemed annoyed when I asked her to repeat herself because of how she mumbled every question. After checking in on a kiosk, you'll be told to have a seat. Then they'll call you up to the desk to check in again with the unfriendly receptionist. What a messed up system!

UPDATE: Front desk staff interactions have improved greatly. Some of the technicians aren't too friendly, but overall I'd say service has improved greatly since my original review.“
