“Edgar, the project manager was great to work with, he was able to come out on a holiday weekend to give us a quote. Financing was quick and easy to get approved. We were on the schedule for a week out, but another customer had to reschedule, so we took their place. So from getting the quote to having the job finished in 2 days. The team was quick and efficient. They showed up at 7am and had the job done by 4:30pm. Even with part of the house having a flat roof. They made sure to have everything tarped so nothing got in the grass. I was at work during the job and Edgar sent me videos of the progress throughout the day. Our roof was in worse shape then we thought and needed 18 more osb boards then we were charged, but the price was locked in with what we had already agreeded on. They didnt charge for the extra materials they needed. When they left you couldn't even tell they were there other then the new roof and dumpster full. Over all they did a great job!“

“The Schmucker roofers were top-notch and hard-working. My roofing need involved a complete tear-off and replacement. The roofing team was here to receive the roofing materials and worked continuously through the intense heat. They came to work on time and worked hard all day and were cordial to deal with. The completed roof looks fantastic and the peace of mind of having high-quality shingles cannot be overstated. The dumpster provider was prompt in the drop-off and pickup. The only minor issue had nothing to do with the roofing job; on pick-up, the dumpster left rust on my driveway that I have to resolve; I expect that this is not uncommon for any roofing job. “The only downside is they are so busy you have to schedule way out! Also some of the windows washers who are new aren't as great as the guys who have been there forever so I just request my favorites or I'm a little disappointed“

“UPDATE! I'm happy to say that this issue has been resolved to my satisfaction. Bill was very apologetic and I now would be happy to recommend him. Warning! Do not use this company for your gutters! We paid them over $2000.00 to repair and clean our gutters within the last 60 days. I was sleeping better at night thinking that we wouod not have water falling from the sides of our gutters and leaking into our basement. During this last heavy rain I discovered water shooting from a plugged downspout and flowing over the side of our house. I have sent pictures and left several messages on their voicemail (they never pick up) asking them to call me. I have not got a single response. Now i am going to have to call another company to do the job right! Say away from Fort Wayne Gutter Cleaning Service. they will rip you off!“
