We had a great experience with Brandenberger Contracting Solutions from start to finish. They took our 1970's baby poop house and made it look fabulous! The crew showed up early every morning and worked hard all day long, keeping us updated along the way. Everything from removing the gutters and brick to replacing the siding and putting up the new stone felt seamless. We will definitely be using Brandenberger again when it is time for a new roof!

After meeting with several builders, I sat down with Nate and Herb to discuss the possibility of building a home once I found the right lot. To say they stood out from the competition would be an understatement.
After choosing to work with them, Herb guided me through an exhaustive lot search, helping me visualize how different house plans would fit on a wide variety of properties. They ultimately found the perfect lot and house plan for me.
Throughout the entire building process, I worked closely with Nate. He answered my countless questions, accommodated my many changes, and was genuinely a pleasure to work with. You often hear horror stories about home construction projects, but my experience was the complete opposite. Their communication, customer service, and attention to detail made the entire process remarkably smooth and stress-free.
What impressed me most was their commitment to quality. They reviewed every aspect of the build with a fine-tooth comb and ensured everything met their high standards every step of the way. During the final walkthrough, they pointed out minor items I never would have noticed myself—things I would have been perfectly satisfied with, but that didn't meet their expectations.
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend and build with them again. They delivered a beautifully built home that I absolutely love, and I couldn't be happier with the experience.
Our backyard in Leo Cedarville used to be unusable after rain because of drainage issues. Unique Concrete fixed the grading and installed a patio that finally solved the problem. It’s functional and looks great, which is a huge win for us

I drove 1400 miles to get Gus. (from IA) I had lost my berner of 9 1/2 years to cancer and was devasted and heart broken. What made this a sealed deal is my boy, Hoss had a blue eye on his left side and Gus did too! I called Jason when I first saw Gus and told him that he could pass for a relative of Hoss. Jason was great because I was grieving my loss and not even sure if I would get Gus but needed to come see him as soon as possible. Jason shared in my grief and listened to me. When I made it to New Haven, Jason was holding Gus and I jumped out of the car when I saw him! Gus was so sweet and loving! (It took mere seconds for my heart to say, “Yes!” Needless to say the rest is history. Our house is a home again and filled with so much laughter. I will always miss Hoss but love our second boy Guss very much! Jason is knowledgeable, helpful, reasonable, and very professional. I’m glad that Jason is sharing in our joy now. Ron Byers is top of the line when it comes to providing great service. Had our roof replaced November 2025. Ron provided the quote back the same day and also worked with me in regard to pricing to stay within our budget. We had a couple areas that need attention area the replacement, Ron himself came out and made sure thing were taken care of and to his standard. Highly recommend!

Pete and the crew bent over backwards to give us exactly what we wanted. Their work is superb and a step up from good to great. Had a large deck put on the back of the house and covered all the trim on the house in aluminum and vinyl. Installed new gutters and down spouts. Would recommend to anyone who wants quality work at a fair price
