“I been & tried a lot of different workout places, hotworx as been a very nice different experience. I love the fact I'm working out in a sauna, I can if I want to workout alone n in peace. The owners are fantastic, very pleasant to see. This will n always be my favorite gym and I'll continue to stay with them.”
“I am over halfway through Yoga Therapy training with PranaYoga. The experience has been amazing! The caring instructors and flexible formatting of the courses along with the continuous focus on ways to meet their students where they are and embody as they learn, cannot be beat. As an educator in higher education, I am consistently impressed with how well the program follows learning theory as well as making both information and human connection accessible to everyone, regardless of whether they are in PranaYoga's backyard or all the way across the country. I feel supported, nourished, cared for and confident in the information & skills I am learning from this beautiful program and group of instructors who lead with love. I feel so fortunate to have found the perfect community and landing place for me and my Yoga Therapy journey and encourage anyone considering therapeutic practice or training to schedule an intro meeting to see all PranaYoga brings to each individual and the yoga & Ayurveda community as a whole.”
