“As you can tell in the before picture of our garage floor, it was cracked and stained and overall really gross and impossible to keep clean. For years I wanted to get this for finished but all the companies who came out would simply say that we needed to empty out our garage and then give them a call. I have a lot of expensive tools and big cabinetry that I can’t just set out on the driveway for one or two nights. Wagoners delivered a trailer and his four guys unloaded my garage and nothing flat. I helped but they did the heavy lifting. They then set about finishing the garage floor. It was done within one day and they came back the next day and moved all my stuff back into the garage.was the job perfect? No. It was exceptionally good though. For the price I felt like it was an excellent value and I really like dealing with this company. You can’t go wrong with these guys.“

“We recently purchased luxury vinyl plank for our dining room, kitchen, living room, guest bath, hall, foyer and laundry room. Sam, our salesman, did a wonderful job guiding us through the process. An unfortunate mistake by the manufacturer led to a few bumps in the road on installation day, but thanks to Sam, the manager, the owner and ultimately Mohawk, the mistake was corrected in a super timely and fair manner. It didn’t go as planned but they made it right!The independent contractor, John, who Carpet One sent to us to install our flooring, was amazing! We loved his attention to detail and work ethic. He works alone so it maybe took an extra day but it was totally worth the wait to see his craftsmanship. His insight was especially appreciated when we realized we had received from the manufacturer the wrong flooring in the correct box. Without the time he took to make sure things were right from the very beginning, we could have been in an even bigger mess. Thank you John!One inconvenience through the process was that you aren’t allowed to take samples home as they have to bring to you. This made studying them in different lighting very hard. We felt this made our decision process longer. We just kept going back into the store and even if Sam wasn’t there, the other employees would always answer our questions and help us. They ALL gave us very valuable insight so that we were able to make the right decision for us.We are very thankful for the whole Carpet One team. We absolutely LOVE our new floor and have no second thoughts on using them in the near future when we replace additional flooring.“

“I contacted Gold Standard as we were getting ready to list our home on the market. I had some outdoor repairs that needed to be done, and we had some indoor painting that we wanted to do as well. When I called Nicole (one of the business owners), part of the dynamic duo! Came to the house to check out all of our projects. Sh3 is very detailed, and was thorough in the estimate process. They delivered a timely proposal and based on other projects they had going they were able to get the outdoor work done which turned out great.They brought a full team when it was time to do the painting projects. The work that they did on the inside with each project was done to perfection. They were all very hard working, hands on, and kept us updated on timing to completion of the project.They kept things moving, and they did a great job of checking their work upon completion and making sure it was done right. They also did a great job with project clean up.
