“Wagnor’s did our garage floor, front patio and a small back patio last week. The guys that did the work were very hard workers and did a beautiful job! We had gotten a quote from another company, but Wagnor’s price was better and their selection of colors was much larger.
Our garage floor is 47 years old and it was in horrible condition! There were huge cracks, pitted and you could see the stone coming up. Not only was it ugly, it was dirty.

You all remember the scene in The Wizard of Oz when Dorothy’s house crashes into Munchkin Land? Then she opens the door to a beautiful new site ( in living color)! That is exactly how I feel when I open the garage door from the laundry room…. It’s a whole new land?

“This company is a keeper! Here is why:
BEGINNINGS. Shane, the owner, came out to measure for our flooring project. We lost our previous flooring and sub-flooring to water damage, leaving about a 1” drop-off from the floors adjacent to it. We had several people come to give estimates before Summit City arrived, and none of them seemed attentive to ensuring the new floor was level with the existing floor, despite our constant attempts to draw their attention to it, even with photos and measurements. (The others wanted to make a transition that would account for the different levels, which was unacceptable.) Summit City came, took the difference into account, and gave us a perfectly level transition.
Also, we worked quite a bit with Damon at the showroom while choosing our flooring and getting the whole process set up and navigated through. We appreciated his very pleasant, patient, and helpful manner.
FLOORING GLITCH. Once the subfloor was laid, Chris, our wonderful installer, laid out some of the vinyl plank so we could see how it would look. Well, we didn’t like the choice we had made once we saw it laid out in the room. All of the staff at Summit City were very kind about letting us interrupt the process to choose a different floor covering. Unfortunately, it involved a schedule delay for everyone and a restocking fee for us, but we felt it was important, and Summit City, thankfully, treated it that way for us.
ABOVE AND BEYOND. Every step of the way, we felt like our happiness mattered. Where they could do a little extra to help us out, they did. They didn’t seem money-hungry, just dedicated to providing fair and honest service at fair and honest prices, which is so very hard to find these days.
GENERAL. Throughout the process, our home was kept tidy, with all appliances returned to their places in working order at the end of every day. Communications were good along the way, and even with our delay, they did their best to get our job done as quickly and completely as possible.
We can’t recommend Summit City Flooring highly enough. In an increasingly self-serving world, it’s refreshing to feel well taken care of when you hire someone to do a job. They definitely earned all 5 stars!“

“I downsized to a villa almost eight years ago and redid all the flooring before moving in. I did a lousy job of picking a local business when it came to carpet, so I set out to try again. I picked one nearby flooring store first and thought they were pretty good. On a whim, I decided to stop by another nearby business just for a comparison. I am SO glad I did. First I met Shaniah Ramsey and she did a fantastic job of educating me and steering me in a great direction with a type of carpet I hadn't considered. Then she suggested that her father, Todd Ramsey, should come out to my villa to see and measure the rooms I wanted to re-carpet. Todd was at my door just a few days later and he definitely convinced me to go with Three Kings. Todd saw that I had some really awful plastic mats, one on top of the other, under the chair at my desk in the carpeted office. He had a much better idea and drove all the way to Shipshewana to pick up for me an amazing heavy duty but stylish mat for my rolling desk chair!!! I am SO HAPPY with the job they have done in my four rooms. Moving out all the furniture seemed like a daunting task, especially for a senior citizen widow like me. But they encouraged me and gave me good advice on how to do my part. The majority of moving the furniture , however, was done by Rick and Brian over the two days they spent at my house doing the installation. Talk about skilled and friendly and just an over-all darned good team of installers. I highly recommend Three Kings Flooring and couldn't have asked for a better experience with a BIG task!!!“

Not only did team work around us being in the house with our kids and dog during installation, but they did all of that while still taking their time to make sure it was installed right. They didn't rush through the flooring and try to get it done within a certain time frame to just move on to the next job.
