To call him for any issues. Then proceeded to tell me the gutter crew will be here tomorrow(tgif)!! And he will be coming next week to follow up with the last job(gutters). “Sherriff Goslin (SG) was like a breath of fresh air compared to some other roofing contractors. I was exposed to other roofing contractors using “tricks of the trade” in an attempt to score business, deceptive and unfair but surprisingly not unlawful in the state of Indiana. Meg, manager of the Fort Wayne SG, supervised and edited the contract with detailed specifics, arriving at a fair estimate. Meg, Brian, and Marshall were the A Team that replaced my roof. The extremely unforgiving hot weather was searing while this super crew was working on the hot roof at a time of unbearable maximum humidity. The heat index for over 100 degrees. During the roofing process, Meg kept me up-to-date, including providing photos of uncovered problem areas, for issues that were not initially apparent. My wife and I were first-time homebuyers back in 1997, purchasing a home built in 1969. “Red Wolf Roofing did a good job laying out the details, very knowledgeable. Also did a good job installing the new roof. The reason I’m giving 4 stars is because they said it would be done the next week after deposit was paid, but then 3 weeks went by and their communication as to why the unexpected delays was not forthcoming or proactive. Had to reach out for updates several times. At one point we were actually concerned they just ran away with our deposit…not a good feeling. Finally the fourth week we ask it to be done or return deposit and they came through.
