“Edgar, the project manager was great to work with, he was able to come out on a holiday weekend to give us a quote. Financing was quick and easy to get approved. We were on the schedule for a week out, but another customer had to reschedule, so we took their place. So from getting the quote to having the job finished in 2 days. The team was quick and efficient. They showed up at 7am and had the job done by 4:30pm. Even with part of the house having a flat roof. They made sure to have everything tarped so nothing got in the grass. I was at work during the job and Edgar sent me videos of the progress throughout the day. Our roof was in worse shape then we thought and needed 18 more osb boards then we were charged, but the price was locked in with what we had already agreeded on. They didnt charge for the extra materials they needed. When they left you couldn't even tell they were there other then the new roof and dumpster full. Over all they did a great job!“

“The Schmucker roofers were top-notch and hard-working. My roofing need involved a complete tear-off and replacement. The roofing team was here to receive the roofing materials and worked continuously through the intense heat. They came to work on time and worked hard all day and were cordial to deal with. The completed roof looks fantastic and the peace of mind of having high-quality shingles cannot be overstated. The dumpster provider was prompt in the drop-off and pickup. The only minor issue had nothing to do with the roofing job; on pick-up, the dumpster left rust on my driveway that I have to resolve; I expect that this is not uncommon for any roofing job. “Red Wolf Roofing did a good job laying out the details, very knowledgeable. Also did a good job installing the new roof. The reason I’m giving 4 stars is because they said it would be done the next week after deposit was paid, but then 3 weeks went by and their communication as to why the unexpected delays was not forthcoming or proactive. Had to reach out for updates several times. At one point we were actually concerned they just ran away with our deposit…not a good feeling. Finally the fourth week we ask it to be done or return deposit and they came through. I think if they improve their time estimating and have more transparent, proactive communication they would ease more costumer concerns.Services: Gutter repairs“

“I contacted Gold Standard as we were getting ready to list our home on the market. I had some outdoor repairs that needed to be done, and we had some indoor painting that we wanted to do as well. When I called Nicole (one of the business owners), part of the dynamic duo! Came to the house to check out all of our projects. Sh3 is very detailed, and was thorough in the estimate process. They delivered a timely proposal and based on other projects they had going they were able to get the outdoor work done which turned out great.They brought a full team when it was time to do the painting projects. The work that they did on the inside with each project was done to perfection. They were all very hard working, hands on, and kept us updated on timing to completion of the project.They kept things moving, and they did a great job of checking their work upon completion and making sure it was done right. They also did a great job with project clean up. Nicole and her husband Ben stayed late the final night of the project to ensure that our bathroom was cleaned, and everything was back in order.We're so happy to have had the chance to get to know the entire crew and that we found them to do our projects.
