“Today, I had a guilty pleasure in my nearly 100 year old home that I have not had in the past 25 years that I have lived here. I had a shower where I was not standing in three inch deep (or more) water and I was able to see a whirlpool where the water was going down the drain. That may seem like something small to some, but it was a big deal to me. How did this happen? My drain totally stopped draining and I was stuck with standing water in the tub. “My water heater failed in the middle of the night by spewing steam and leaking into its drip pan. The main water valve had to be shut off due to constant filling of the tank. I scheduled Reliance to install a new one for the following afternoon. If Reliance had no availability I would have had no water for several days possibly. All I had to do was go buy a new water heater of my choice and they would do the rest. Brian the plumber arrived on time and installed the new water heater perfectly. The quality of the work is second to none.“
