Called Stellar because of leak under the kitchen sink. Carlos came out the next day, and I decided to replace the faucet that I purchased online, and also the hot & cold valves that were not working properly.
While turning off water in basement, he pointed out the handles were not working properly, either. We coordinated with the Village and Carlos came back in a few days to replace those handles. He did a great job, everything is working well now.
As always Carlos did a great job.
Only issue I had was when I was contacted by Michelle at Stellar plumbing I was told that the job would be approximately $200-$250 and it was over $400 per drain, I was not told that was each drain Carlos had to tell me that I was also told being a member I would get $50 off and get a free Bio cleaner. When we called to talk to Michelle she said she never gave me a price which is not true and was never told it was this cost per drain if I would have know that I don’t know I would of had this done.
