We had ongoing plumbing-based issues in our SFH where water was seeping through the concrete retainer wall and the concrete stairs, which poured into the basement and caused flooding. My rental company sent out 2 other companies that only did patch jobs. We continued to have water issues especially with the recent storms. Then FLY came out, they not only fixed the problem, BUT FOUND THE ISSUE, so it was truly FIXED THIS TIME. There were massive amounts of tree roots in the main line that the naked- eye would not see.
