Thr Fly Plumbing staff *Stefanie who's the contact person for my estimates was amazing with her patience & professionalism. She was able to communicate very well via text, cell & email. She answered every question that I had and was able to schedule a last minute next day appointment.
The technician *Shawn (I hope I spelled his name correctly) was so cool and experienced. One man & one 50 gallon tank to install without a helper. He was great, his professionalism and knowledge was A+. I normally don't do many reviews. This service was superb and deserves recognition.
