I've had Guardian out to the house twice. One to limp my AC along, and one for general cleaning and maintenance. Both times they've been absolutely wonderful. They're great at diagnosing, they give options, and ensure to give you all the information you need to make informed decisions and whatever is best for you. Super respectful. In all honesty as a woman I dread talking with some tradespeople. IYKYK. With Guardian, that is a non issue whatsoever. I will be using them for my four unit building to completely replace the HVAC systems. They have my business for life.

My service Technician was Johnny-Ray, he serviced my furnace, cleaned and checked explained that the blower motor needed cleaning and a switch that would aid in running. He was thorough, professional, personable. I would recommend guarding the people scheduling the service are absolutely the best, they recognized I had timeline and worked to schedule me.
