Marilyn and I are very pleased with Excel Plumbing. Excel showed up on time to do the repair work. Michael and Igor were thorough in answering our questions. We feel that the prices for the work were reasonable and fair. We will certaining use Excels services again. Thank you for a good job.
Our basement flooded due to a valve failure. Excel arrived very quickly and diagnosed the problem and made repairs. Only reason not to give a 5-star review is the plumber said we had to manually operate the pump - not sure if the float switch failed or what but they should have fixed that as well so it was automatic.
I had a great experience with Excel Plumbing! Scheduling was incredibly easy, and the receptionists I spoke with were kind, professional, and helpful throughout the process.
Max was the technician who came out to install my new kitchen faucet, and he was fantastic. He was kind, professional, and efficient, and had the entire job completed perfectly in about 30 minutes. He clearly knew what he was doing and left everything clean and looking great.
Payment was also quick and easy over the phone. From scheduling to the completed job, the entire experience was seamless. I cannot recommend Excel Plumbing enough!
