Excel Plumbing's office staff were great — very accommodating, and they got me a next-day appointment once they understood the urgency of my sewer camera inspection. Ed showed up and first tried hard to find a way to run the camera without cutting into the drywall, but there just wasn't enough space. He checked with me before doing anything, and I gave the go-ahead to cut a small section for access.
