Ben was able to diagnose the condensation problem from the Rheem unit and solve the clogged pipe by replacing it with a valve which will ensure no future leaking. Appreciate his competence and ability to explain the issue and resolution. He even let me know the type of filter I should be using to allow greater air flow.
