David was extremely helpful and professional. He made me feel comfortable as soon as he entered my home. I told him that I knew what needed to be done with my clogged toilet, and I was ready for a fight. He agreed after looking at the toilet and went back to his truck to get the auger machine. He was in and out in 10 minutes he played with my dog, showed me pictures of his 7 dogs! He told me whenever I need service again to ask for him and I sure will!!!
My experience with Reliance was excellent from the initial phone call making the appointment to David's work in my home. I knew I had a serious sewer problem and was looking for an 2nd opinion and quote for the work that needed to be done. David did an outstanding job of explaining what was going on and offering several options to address it. I will not hesitate to call Reliance again.
Reliance plumbing has done a fabulous job again. Juan “Johnny” is so knowledgeable and professional. He talked us through the whole process when our pipe burst. We highly recommend them.
