I recommend Juan and Elite HVACs. I was pleasantly surprised that Juan answered my call. He was able to schedule a visit very quickly to fix my problem, which was that condensation was not draining properly from my air conditioner. He provided good customer service, was neat and clean and quick. I signed up for a maintenance plan and hope to have my first fall checkup soon. I'll be happy to give an update after my checkup!Btw, this review was not influenced in any way by payment, promise of services, or giftcard.

Highly recommend this company. The first quote I received was twice the price. I had already done the research and Elite’s quote came in at what I expected. Their salesperson was not at all pushy like the first company and he was very informative, and the technicians who did the installation were top-notch. Thanks a million!

Elite HVACS were timely, professional, and seem to be genuine all at a good price. The tech that came out had to give us the unfortunate news that our system is low on refrigerant, probably has a leak, and is working really hard for not great results. However, he priced out a "band-aid" solution first and didn't push us to make the more expensive choice of replacing the system.We will be using Elite for a new HVAC system installation as their price is competitive and they were able to provide us with quote options very quickly.Highly recommend!Service: HVAC system maintenance
