He inspected the system, including the outside unit and air filter, and replaced the blocked filter. He also tightened loose connections that could cause problems if ignored. “These guys know boilers and they are very honest. I have a 60 year old Pacific steel boiler that had signs of leakage. My heating company said I needed a new boiler. I knew steel boilers can be welded sometimes so I called Rayes Boiler, for their opinion. They cleaned and inspected the boiler and discovered that the boiler was not leaking, it was the expansion tank causing the problem. They saved me tens of thousands of dollars.
