My AC went out right before Labor Day during wicked heat and humidity. I decided to replace my HVAC system with heat pump/gas furnace hybrid. Salesman was very knowledgeable and told me how much I could save on a new system because of government rebates. The new system was installed by Marlon and his son also named Marlon. Additional help came to position equipment on the roof of my building while the installers were inside. Very efficient operation.The work took less than a day and a half and the house cooled quickly and quietly. I’ve lived in my home 33 years and just completed a remodeling job. I’ve never cleaned the ducts. The build up and dust was atrocious. Alltemp arrived, cleaned the ducts in a professional manner start to finish. The guys discovered a vent that was disconnected and hot and cold air was blowing into my crawl space all of these years. They reconnected and secured with tape. Workers were detailed and pleasant. Clean ducts = the cherry on top.
