The service was great. He was able to come out within an hour of my call.They found out what was wrong with my Boiler and fixed it within an hour. The price was very reasonable. They are professional and provide great service I recommend Browns heating and cooling. They will be my go to hvac service. Thank you
Back in October, our furnace stopped working. The person we usually called was no longer available. We searched Yelp and found Browns Heating & Cooling. We set a date and time. On the day of, they informed us they were 15 mins away. Arrived on time. Checked our furnace and informed us of options: buy new furnace or temporary fix. We weren't in the position to buy a new furnace, so Ramod did a diagnostic and fixed the issue. Ramod advised us the fix could probably get us through the winter, which by then we should be able to purchase a new furnace. I've worked with Browns multiple times at our condo. Always professional, friendly, and quick. They were also very accommodating on a job that kept getting pushed back time-wise. And when the work was being done their communication was great; photos, updates, etc. Would recommend and I'll be using them for all my Heating & Cooling needs.
