My family has worked with Heatmasters for many years. Always outstanding work and customer service. They are masters of their craft. They have served Chicago and beyond for decades with professionalism and care, always with a friendly and helpful attitude. And their prices are great. I especially recommend Dave for his knowledge, helpfulness and excellent work. I could not recommend him and Heatmasters more highly. Thanks for great service!
My home has two HVAC units, and one was not working. I decided to inquire online about getting a diagnostic check and a cleaning of both units, since these guys were local and had strong reviews on every website I checked out. From start to finish, Heatmasters didn't disappoint. I elected to set up the appointment through their website, since I was working and unable to call. I’ve used them for many years and they’ve been consistently good. The techs are very knowledgeable and thorough - as was Abel on my most recent service. He was professional, courteous, and explained his findings in a way I understood.
