“A leak due to an older shower faucet upstairs caused damage in the wall and the downstairs ceiling. Instead of trying to repair the old faucet, we decided to replace it. Due to old style setup, installation of a new faucet required pipes infrastructure changes. Based on a recommendation from my neighbor, we contacted CJ Plumbing & Heating to perform the pipes redesign and the new faucet install. From the initial communication with the owner until the work was completed, the process was smooth and straightforward. “We recently had the motor of our ejector pit go out. I called Flader at 7am and by 4pm they had completely fixed the issue and it took four plumbers to complete the job. The original pump was over 100 years old and they had to figure out a solution and how to update the system.
