Will and his team did an excellent job installing 2 new heating units for us. One was the straightforward replacement of our forced air furnace, which died at the same time our old boiler needed to be replaced, a more planned expense. We chose to go the high efficiency route, and convert to the combi unit. Yes, Will upsold us, but it was not much more expensive and very worthwhile in the long run.The team were efficient, polite, and neat. TRG recently replaced my furnace and air conditioner and they were great from start to finish. Will is so knowledgeable and friendly and was incredibly patient with my protracted decision making timeline. He answered all of my questions and concerns quickly but was also patient in letting me come to a decision. Gio, Victor and Rocky did a great job on the install and worked well into the evening on the first day after running into a few unexpected issues. They were very respectful of my home and I appreciate the care they took with the job. I'm so glad a neighbor referred me to TRG. I would wholeheartedly recommend them.

We have had the techs with TRG come to our house in Evanston on numerous occasions for annual inspection of our furnace and AC, as well as give advice and recommendations on a renovation project. They are definitely the best around when it comes to expert advice, installation, and excellent service.
