AA Service Co is a very professional company and I appreciate all the workers that came out to my parents home to help out with the AC during the extreme weather. Dewayne, came and consult with us for the very first time and was very patient and helpful and explained everything to me with what needed to be done due to our AC unit not working but he was very understanding and kind. Jim came along right after and also was very kind and explained the financial part. Then came along Mark and Efrain the installers they very communicative and showed us what was getting installed. Everything was wonderful very professional and I solute them all.
Also they send us a gift and that was also very sweet.

Dave Collins came out to identify sources of leaks in our Space Pak system. He was friendly, thorough, and explained the problem he found. He also recharged each system so we could stay cool until the repair work is done. Dave is an excellent HVAC technician and an excellent representative of AA Service Co.
Excellent first impression and it got better from there. Got an estimate on Friday and the tech was out on Monday to install a new air unit. Start to finish they were professional in every way. Will absolutely use them in the future.
