I'm a new home owner and AA Service Co was great to work with from start to finish. They were very kind and timely, including with sending a certificate of liability for my HOA. I needed a gasline adjusted in my kitchen so that my newer stove could actually sit back where it is supposed to and not jut out awkwardly into the kitchen. Scott made short work of the job and answered all my questions. I appreciated the texts letting me know about arrival times and reminders.
Tim, the technician, is very thorough when searching the root cause of the problem and explaining things. He gave me confidence and helped me rule out one potential cause by replacing the wax seal around the toilet seat. He did a great job and I am very pleased with the result.
Sergio was a great help. He quickly diagnosed the problem and explained it to me clearly, then proposed options and quickly worked to implement the fix we decided upon. It was a very helpful visit.
